Bungalow Litchi (or Letchi) is overhung with this fruit tree where from its name.
A bungalow of 83 m2 for 4/5 persons (once again difference among cottage, bungalow or home is not evident in Le Parc aux Orchidees :-)
With this bungalow we associated dumping in the tropical flowers with a magnificent and new sight overhanging the Park as you can see it opposite on the photo taken since rooms. It is necessary to note the absence of towards or of immediate neighbours. Anything to see with prefabricated constructions because, as for the bungalow Thunbergia, we decided on plans and materials, and I have to admit that we are very proud of it :-). .
Materials were chosen by respecting the wooden traditional environment of Pointe-Noire's region and by preserving in foreground the qualitative will of the Park.Behind no immediate neighbours either and we can look through trees to be perceived sight on the Caribbean sea and in one pierced " seen mountain " on the hook Baillargent (but I indicate well that it is only to perceive!).
2 bedrooms of 15 m2 each stages it with big double beds with canopies (1 of 160/200 in every bedroom, possibility of a supplementary bed for one person ) equipped with mosquito nets, furniture being of big quality in the Creole - colonial style. Carefully studied natural ventilation and brewers of air.
And here is the "yellow" bedroom.No air conditioning indeed because experience showed us that it is useless because of the height (220 m), of the fresher vegetation of the park and with a correct natural ventilation (windows with crates) as know how to make it the carpenters of Pointe- Noire. Let us not forget more the fact than air conditioning is today the first source of pollution in houses and than it has its part in the current climatic reheating. .
In first floor, cook totally equipped (fridge, deep freeze, cooker, oven, microwave, mixer, toaster) opens on the big terrace, the dining room and salon, with also barbecue, hammock, radio-reader CD..
In first floor also shower-room, warm water comes naturally of sun boiler. Note that there is also an outside shower. Solar energy is the first mark of our respect for the environment and you will have occasion, during your arrival, to verify that ecology is for us a way of life.
Quiet, tranquility, quality, luxuriant tropical vegetation, orchids, ecotourism are always the characteristics of the Parc aux Orchidees with this bungalow for your holidays in Guadeloupe. (We could speak also about small villa or house of holidays or cottage)
Naturally don't forget access to the terrace-swimming pool-spa-carbet which is the common space in Le Parc aux Orchidées (unlimited access, in the peace naturally from 21 hours, except short moment during the visit of Saturday. The spa is reserved for the adults.
